During the breathwork ceremony you'll connect with your body, with your nervous system and shift the focus from the mind into your body. By that you can release stored emotions, physical tension and traumatic energy from your body. Your body serves as a safe space to work through mental and emotional challenges and you will feel relaxed and balanced after the session. Including sound & energy healing. Mentoring & coaching 60min is optional.
