Descripción
Tea and Breath both kindle a relationship to the soft embrace of present waking life. Like the pause between bowls, every exhale invites
a space where time disolves
.
A DEEP INTROSPECTIVE JOURNEY
We will balance our nervous systems through breathwork and sound, leaving us deeply relaxed and receptive to the clarity and inspiration offered by the tea ceremony.
Together, the meeting of these two ancient practices offers us a connection to the elements and their relationship to us deep within;

. It is on this intercection we will gather.
This
3-hour
transformative journey will invite a catalyst for personal growth, awakening dormant potentials, and
nourishing dreams and visions
