We will activate our parasympathetic nervous systems through breathwork and sound, leaving us deeply relaxed and receptive to the clarity and inspiration offered by the tea ceremony.
Together, the meeting of these two ancient practices offers us a connection to the elements and their relationship to us deep within;

YOUR FACILITATORS
Natan
is a movement and ceramic artist from Belgium. From being a martial artist student to a dedicated yoga practitioner he eventually found a passion for the healing arts; bodywork and tea, weaving the Yin with the Yang and integrating them both into the martial art of the heart. Natan moves between Europe and Australia to facilitate workshops and trainings.
Sandy
is a pasionate breathwork practitioner and musician. Through his Youtube channel 'breathewithsandy' he has shared his craft with thousands of people all over the world.
