The cacao ceremony will be a safe space to let go and reconnect with your body and feelings. This ceremony will be held in a beautiful dome. The cacao will be a soft heart-opening drink to slowly prepare ourself for the kap session. The cacao brings us out of the head, into the body.
KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process and is a transmission of Life force energy. It’s the path of surrender therefore you don’t have to do anything. The energy enters through the crown chakra, and builds up in between the first and second chakra, to then start flowing both ways. No breathwork or poses are necessary: that’s why it’s different from kundalini yoga, tantra or chi-gong. In KAP, to receive and feel the energy all you need to do is to surrender.
