Descripción
Inspired by their Brazilian roots, Taynah created a dance fitness class filled with passion, power, and a little bit of sass. Join us for 30 min of samba, afrobeat, hip hop, and funk music to tone those muscles. We’re here to party (while we work!) No experience is needed. Just bring your smile and a dancing spirit… I’ll guide you for the rest!
